Placing an order is easy!

  • Add your favorite items to the cart

  • Click “Checkout” and fill in your shipping/payment details

  • Confirm your order – and that’s it!


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • UPI

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)


4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the product you order.

  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned – we’re working on expanding our reach!


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also reach out to us at driftberry1@gmail.com for updates.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item at driftberry1@gmail.com. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Please note: We do not accept returns for used items or reasons like “change of mind.”
